Every screen, explained.
One page for each part of your dashboard, in the same order as the menu: what it's for, what you can do there, the rules behind it, and who on your team can use it.

The day's rentals, from booking to return
- TodayYour morning board. It shows what needs you now — pickups and returns until noon tomorrow, anything overdue or disputed — so you can run the day without opening every booking.
- My scheduleThe phone screen for field staff and drivers: every pickup and return you need to handle in the next 7 days, grouped by day, with one tap to call the renter or get directions.
- BookingsEvery reservation in one list, and the page for each booking where you take payment, start the handover and deal with anything that goes wrong — from a late flight to a car that doesn’t come back.
- Handover checkThe guided photo check you do on your phone at every pickup and return. It records the car’s condition with timestamped photos, checks the renter is allowed to drive away, and at return works out any fuel, mileage, late or toll charges for you.
- ApprovalsWhere a manager says yes or no to what someone else can’t do alone: a refund or discount over their limit, handing the keys to a high-risk renter, a booking an automation rule flagged, or a cash count that’s off.
- CalendarTwo weeks of your whole fleet at a glance: one row per vehicle, one bar per booking, with the cleaning time after each rental and the dates you’ve blocked.
- Long-term rentalsRent a car by the month, or to a TNVS driver on a daily boundary. The car is booked for the whole term, and the money is collected one period at a time — by auto-debit or a payment link sent on each due date.
- Delivery & collectionEvery car you deliver to a hotel or home, and every collection, as a list of jobs: who’s driving, when, where, and proof that the handover happened.
- TurnaroundWhat each car needs between one renter and the next — cleaning, a wash, fuel, a check for damage, add-ons to prepare — with the time it has to be ready by.
- IncidentsWhere help requests, breakdowns, accidents and thefts land, so nobody on your team misses a renter who is stuck on the road.
- Claims & repairsWhat happens after a return that isn’t clean: you confirm the charges, the renter sees them with photos and can accept or dispute, and the deposit is used only for what’s agreed. Every repair to your fleet is logged here too.
Fleet
Vehicles, their papers and upkeep
- VehiclesYour fleet in one list: every car and scooter with its rates, deposit, photos and papers. What you set here is what your booking site, calendar, handover checks and reports use.
- Add-onsExtras renters can add when they book — child seats, helmets, pocket WiFi, a RoRo permit. Each one has its own price and stock, so two renters can’t book the last child seat for the same days.
- Maintenance & paperworkReminders for the three things that keep a unit legal and running: oil changes by odometer, LTO registration and insurance expiry. You see what’s due before it becomes a problem.
- LTFRB & LTO compliancePlates, LTFRB franchises and papers for every unit, with clear flags for what’s missing or expiring. It matters most if you rent with a driver, which counts as public transport and needs a franchise and yellow plates.
- GPS trackingWhere your vehicles are during a rental: live trips on a street map, alerts for speeding, leaving your area or turning up at a RoRo port, and a remote engine stop for theft or non-return.
- 3D modelsA 3D view of your actual unit that renters can spin on its listing, made from 8 photos you take. This page shows which vehicles have one, what’s in progress and how many credits you have left.
Customers
Renters, companies and conversations
- CustomersEveryone who has booked with you, with their licence check, tier and booking history. This is where you approve licences before pickup, decide who may pay less up front, and handle personal-data requests.
- InboxFacebook Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp and your website’s contact form in one place. An auto-reply answers date and price questions straight away with live prices and a booking link, and you can step in any time.
- Message templatesThe words in every email and text CeeRent sends — to your renters and to your own team. Reword any of them, add a Filipino, Korean, Chinese or Japanese version for renters, and choose who else on your team hears about a notice.
- Corporate & quotesFor companies, event organisers and wedding coordinators who rent often: book on their account within a credit limit, send one invoice for everything, and email quotes that clients accept online.
- Traffic violationsWhen a traffic notice arrives for one of your plates — like an NCAP camera ticket — enter it here. CeeRent finds who had the vehicle at that time, and you charge the fine to them or forward the notice.
Money
Payments, costs, pricing and reports
- Payments & refundsEvery peso that moves — payments in, refunds out, deposits held and kept — in one ledger, with the refunds that need you and the receipts CeeRent issued for you. Payments go into your own Xendit account; CeeRent never holds your money.
- Payment linksGet paid for a booking made by phone or chat, a balance, charges after a return, or anything else — by sending a link, or by showing a QR Ph code the renter scans at the counter.
- ExpensesLog what your fleet costs — fuel, repairs, registration, loans — per vehicle or as general overhead, so Reports can show which cars actually make money.
- ReportsHow the business is doing: revenue by month, how busy each vehicle is, where bookings come from, profit per vehicle, and statements for owners of consigned cars.
- Promos & pricingDiscount codes and repeat-renter rewards, rates that follow demand, gift vouchers people can buy for someone else, and holiday rate suggestions — all in one place, and nothing changes your prices without your say-so.
- Owners & payoutsFor cars owned by someone else (consigned units): their share of what each car earns, a statement every month, and a record of each payout.
- Cash drawerCash at the counter, person by person: open your drawer with a float, take cash as usual, and count out at the end of your shift. A count that’s off by more than your limit goes to a manager.
Grow
Where bookings come from
- Site BuilderDesign your booking site — theme, colours, pages, photos and words — in drafts that renters never see, then publish when you’re happy. Every published version is kept, so you can go back in one step.
- Website & widgetYour booking site’s address, an optional domain of your own, a booking box you can paste into a website you already have, and local tips for the road-trip guides renters read.
- Channels (Klook)Sell your cars and scooters on Klook to tourists from Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and beyond, without double bookings: your availability goes to Klook automatically, and Klook orders land in your calendar as bookings.
Workspace
Your team, plan and business settings
- Team & licencesInvite your staff, give each person a role, and manage the user licences your plan includes. Every staff member needs a licence. Renters never do.
- SubscriptionYour CeeRent plan: what it includes, what it costs, add-ons and credits, invoices and how you pay. This is separate from your renters’ booking money, which goes straight to your own Xendit account.
- SettingsHow your business runs on CeeRent: your business details, the Verified by CeeRent badge, branding, the rules every booking follows, your payment account, branches and the languages your booking site speaks.
- AI skills & creditsThe home of CeeRent’s AI: every AI skill, the AI credits they use, and a history of everything the AI did. AI only ever suggests — it never charges a renter or changes a price; you decide what happens to what it finds.
- AutomationsRules that do routine work for you: “when this happens, if these hold, do this”. Send a reminder, tell the team, create a task, tag a renter, give a returning renter a code — without anyone remembering to.
- Import from spreadsheetsBring in the vehicles, customers and future bookings you already track in a spreadsheet, so you don’t retype them. Save your sheet as CSV and paste or upload it.
- Audit logA record of who did what in your account: every staff action on bookings, money, settings and users, and every time CeeRent support looked in. Use it to settle “sino nag-refund nito?” in seconds.
- Sent messagesA copy of every email, SMS, Messenger message and staff alert CeeRent sent for your business, so you can check what a renter was told and when.

What your renters see and do
- Your booking siteYour own booking site at yourname.ceerent.com (or your own domain). Renters see your live fleet with all-in prices for their dates, book and pay without messaging you, and come back to it for everything about their trip.
- What your renters seeWhat happens on the renter’s side, from checkout to getting their deposit back: the pages and messages they get, and what they can do themselves so they don’t have to message you.
