- Deposit hold
- A deposit paid by card or Maya is reserved on the renter’s account, not taken, and dropped after a clean return. Rentals longer than 7 days are charged instead and refunded after the return.
- Cleaning buffer
- Hours blocked after every return so the unit can be cleaned and checked before the next renter. 3 hours unless you change it; renters can’t book inside it.
- QR Ph
- The Philippine standard QR code for payments. Any bank or e-wallet app can scan it.
