What you can do

• See the next pickups and returns in Next up, in time order, with overdue returns first.
• Clear the Needs attention list: each line opens the booking, customer or payment it is about.
• Check the four tiles: Pickups · by noon tomorrow, Returns · by noon tomorrow, On rent now and Rental revenue, 30 days.
• Spot problems before the renter arrives: a Not ready badge means the car still has turnaround tasks open, and Watch or High risk means the booking scored high on the risk check.
• Jump to Calendar or Bookings from the top of the page.
• Until your site is live, follow the Setup progress banner back to Get set up.

How it works

• Needs attention sorts items into Urgent (incidents and overdue returns), To review (returns with proposed charges, disputed charges, failed refunds, deposits past your release promise) and For your information (licences to verify, personal-data requests).
• A deposit that is past your release promise shows up here because the renter can see the delay on their booking page too.
• Each line in Next up shows the time, how far away it is (in 2 h 10 min), the booking code, plate, renter, vehicle and how the renter gets the car: at the branch, by delivery or at an airport meet-up with the flight number.
• The revenue tile counts rental money in and out over 30 days — payments, refunds and charges — but not deposits. The small line under it is the last 14 days.
• When nothing needs you, the list says All clear. When there are no handovers until noon tomorrow, you get shortcuts to Turnaround and the calendar instead.
